The Copper Innovation Group holds a patent for a “Handheld Computer input apparatus and method”. Copper Innovation Group filed the lawsuit in December and are wanting damages with interest, legal costs and to have both Nintendo cease the selling the infringing consoles and controllers. Is this just another money grab or do they hold fair claim and they really want them to stop selling there patented technology. Only time will tell how this case will go. What do you think?
